Experience

The team behind TruEncounter™ brings together decades of combined experience in healthcare operations, technology development, and industry advocacy.

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, including extensive work within Adult Day Health Services and other regulated service environments, the founding team has worked closely with providers, policymakers, and regulatory agencies to improve access to services, strengthen operational standards, and promote greater transparency in service delivery.

This experience includes leadership roles within state and national professional organizations representing Adult Day Services providers, as well as collaboration with government agencies responsible for healthcare regulation and oversight. Through these efforts, the team has helped support the development of policies, resources, and best practices that improve service delivery and operational accountability.

The team’s experience also includes the development and implementation of technology solutions designed to support service providers in managing operations and documentation requirements. With platforms widely adopted by adult day care centers across the United States and has been continuously enhanced to meet the evolving needs of providers in regulated care environments.

The collaboration behind TruEncounter™ was formed between healthcare operational leadership and technology development expertise. This partnership led to ongoing collaboration in improving software solutions used by providers across the country.

Through years of working directly within regulated service environments, the team identified a persistent industry challenge: the difficulty of reliably verifying real-world service encounters and maintaining trusted documentation that can be independently reviewed.

This insight led to the creation of TruEncounter™, a platform built on patent-pending technology designed to generate secure, tamper-resistant verification records of real-world encounters.

By combining deep industry knowledge with technology development expertise, the TruEncounter™ team is working to bring greater transparency, accountability, and trust to environments where accurate verification of interactions and services is essential.
