Any visual capture functionality referenced on this website is part of the TruEncounter™ platform and is only accessible to authorized users under separate contractual agreements.

TruEncounter™ is not responsible for the manner in which third-party organizations collect, use, store, or manage data obtained through their use of the platform.

All operational use of the platform is governed exclusively by separate written agreements between TruEncounter™ and the organization.
